All of the sudden, two deer appeared for the moment, lookin like a mirage... and then gone in a next moment, feeling exposed in this bare environment.
Couple of months ago, I posted a manicure I named Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis, done using drybrush technique on my Simply Neat Miracle Mat by My Bliss Kiss.
I started by applying white polish on my mat, then over still wet polish, I started applying colored one, brushing and blending until I was satisfied.
I started by applying the Ruby Wings - Clean Linen (off white shimmery polish), then brushing following: Orly - Glitz, Finger Paints - Clay on Words and Black Heart - Glaxy Efect Pink NP. I also applied the last polish on my thumb and pinky.
Last time, I applied decals horizontally oriented, and this time, I went with vertical application.
I wanted to achieve sunset look without your usual gradient, sunset filtered through the bare branches in the little wooded patch. I also wanted to achieve illusion of the height, and vertical positioning of the decals helped immensely.
I own this Powder Perfect plate - Floral 1 for a while, and finally I freed it from the protective film.
I double stamped image using Orly - Glitz, then Kleancolor - Metallic Brown. I wanted to create that illusion of the sunset on the trees.
Deer images are on MR-01 stamping plate, and them, I first stamped with Hit the Bottle - Snowed in, then with As Black As Night, to make them stand out little bit better.
All was topped with matte top coat to soften the look.
I hope you will like this as much as I was.
Cheers!
