Theme was recreation of any of Fifi's designs, and I went with peacock feathers. I did not do any feathered manicure in a while, so why not.
Our nail supply is bit different, so instead of using a loose flakies, used nail polish duo I purchased at Born Pretty Store while ago. This duo is one of few, and second I purchased from them. Belongs to the Magical Series and I have multichrome nail polish and matching flakie topper. They can be used separately or together, and I used them together for this manicure.
Polish is Eternal Life M011, and topper is Destiny Fairy M012. Buying them as a duo was way more affordable than purchasing them separately.
I applied black undies, and then one coat of polish and one coat of topper. Color shift on these is incredible, and I tried to capture all the color shifts, and you can see the range so beautifully captured on bottle shots. Yes, it is that stunning in a person. I kind of felt sad removing this one.
I did took a photo of the swatches, but somehow, I deleted them... yeah, some days I can be really technologically challenged.
Images I used are on two different plates: BP-56 and hehe 035.
I first stamped with Essie - Good as Gold, and then added another layer where I mixed some Born Pretty - Gold stamping polish. These are results.
With exception of the first photo that was taken inside, under artificial lighting, all the photos are taken outside. I almost forgot how good photos can look under the natural lighting conditions.
I just do not have the luxury of having the sunshine or enough light to actually take photos outside whole year long, so I got used to taking the photos indoors...
I hope you will enjoy these, and in the end, all I have to say is Happy Birthday Fifi!
Cheers!
