Sweet blue base is Polish Pickup exclusive by Cupcake Polish - I'll Never Grow Up. That name sums up my life story. LOL!
Beautiful cerulean blue base is full of multi colored flakies. It is so pretty, and with the great coverage - took 2 coats to full opacity.
I totally forgot to take the swatch photo. I was so obsessing about what design to put over this, that swatch photo totally slipped my mind. As a matter of the fact, I did not even realized that I did not do it until I uploaded photos from my camera.
My image choice was on Nicole Diary - 090 I purchased myself. Those dotted, decomposing images are quite alluring to me at the moment, I had to use them here.
I was not quite sure what I wanted, so I picked fuchsia from the flakies, and stamped with Kaleidoscope - Fuchsia, but for whichever reason, I thought that there was no enough contrast... It is also possible that I was not really comfortable with my unconventional color choice for that deer image... I am not really famous for my abstract way of thinking - I usually try to mimic the nature, rather than trying to be extra creative with the whole process. Love that look when I see it on the others, but it is quite out of my comfort zone.
That prompted me to add some white, which made me much happier. White of the choice was Hit the Bottle - Snowed in.
Because I liked the fuchsia peaking under the white on my ring finger, I added palest metallic pink just for the star on my middle finger, even though I wished that I did not do it... Hindsight is always 20/20. LOL!
This was so pretty and girly at the same time, and loved seeing this on my nails. I ended up wearing this for a couple of days, which seem to become rarity lately... changing the look on a daily base is more like it these days.
I am getting ready to go to bed, and this will auto post at midnight... not staying up, as I did not schedule enough rest for my poor back during the weekend...
It is still blizzarding outside, and does not look like it will stop any time soon. Snow is currently waist deep around my house... Wish me a good luck getting to work tomorrow.
Not looking forward to plowing the path with my body through the snow to get to work... Still hoping for the snowed in day... Clearly can not imagine us being busy with the weather like this, but I was wrong before.
Sending you warm greetings from the cold and exta snowy Canada.
Cheers!
