But to even it out, I have a fun, bright manicure to share with you. Now, if I say it is another floral, can you at least pretend you are surprised. LOL!
More often than not I reach for the same nail polish brands, so to switch it up I opened the Ciate drawer, and picked this super pretty polish named Knickerbockerglory.
I paired it with another Ciate - Candy cane, pink glitters suspended in a purple jelly base. I purchased few of those glitters in a Christmas gift pack, disguised as a Christmas ornaments.
You gotta give it to them, they know how to upsell at the time of the year when everyone is looking for something special.
After a months of holding back, I discovered by sheer chance that one of the Russian exchanges is closing, and I went to the site to check it out. I escaped with quite a few goodies, and even though there were some slim pickings left behind, I still managed to find what I liked and for the song. Most of my scores are for some of the Russian brands such as Masura, Ana Koroleva and Tips. Last two are new to me, and am really curious how they measure up to the Masura I like very much.
I am so excited, but can wait - I don't expect it to arrive any time soon.
I just had to share this in the middle of the post - I am really giddy, still high on my purchase. If anyone else is interested, hop to Lakodom and check for yourself.
I paired this brilliant color with very simple white floral stamping, as floral was always my favorite.
Images are on Uber Chic - Secret Garden 2, stamped with Maniology stamping polishes in - Bam! White + Ultra Violet.
This appealed greatly to my esthetics, and I was really happy with the way this came out. I truly enjoyed this and I hope you will too.
Have an amazing day, and I hope you are ready for the weekend.
Cheers!
