This one was really tricky. There are plenty of things on day to day basis, that can be scary or unnerving, but none of them was what I was going for.
When I was 10 years old, I had near death experience by drowning... needless to say, I spent rest of the holiday in the water that did not pass my knees. I love sea, big water mass, but in the same time, it is terrifying for me. Also, I am not fond of sharks, and those are also hiding in a deep blue.
As you can tell there is super strong love/hate relationship with the sea, but love is much stronger than a fear, and fear become a very healthy respect for the power that hides there.
I must of been a mermaid in my previous life, because pull is too strong for me to resist.
As a base, I used Danglefoot Polish - What's Your Unicorn Name? that was part of the My Mani Box last Summer. I also did a radial gradient on my ring finger using the Wikkid Polish - Ice Ice Baby, also from My Mani Box, and then I covered it very successfully with my stamping. LOL!
Stamping polishes are from the Hit the Bottle - As Black As Night and Moonshine.
Flipping through my Creative Shop plates, I noticed that I have several plates with a wave images - I guess I am not the only one that is obsessed with the ocean...
I used Creative Shop 02 for the shark pack on the ring finger, and for the waves I used images on Creative Shop 28 + 51. Even though images on my index and ring finger like they belong to the same image, they are on two different plates.
I kept color scheme really simple, and I totally loved the way this came out. but I might be partial in that opinion.
On the bright side, it is Friday, and weekend is almost here, yay!!!
Have and awesome day.
Cheers!
