For the change of the season, I have seasonally appropriate manicure - Yay!
While grocery shopping few weeks ago, I picked up couple of Sinful Colors polishes.
Base is Sinful Color - Karamel (King Kyle collection) - super pretty nude with a gold shimmer.
Over Karamel, I layered Sinful Colors - Karats of Kargo - gold holographic topper, that left lightly textured kind of look. If you are not into texture, coat or two of top coat can fix that. I love texture, so this did not bother me. Here is how this looked together.
My Kaleidoscope st.85 Brown, was waiting for me to use it as a main stamping polish. I love warm, chocolaty shade of this polish, and I think that colors went together pretty good.
Design is from HK-05 stamping plate, and having half moon already there, I decided to wear it that way too. I do have few plates with bottom of the images curved for this type of the look, and often they are long enough (or my nails short enough) to be used as any other full nail image I have. Those are also handy for French tip designs. I have few plates with French tip designs, but I found them too short if you have a little bit longer nails...
On the bottom of the half moons I added line with a small brush, using same Kaleidoscope polish I used for stamping.
Initially, I was entertaining the thought of stamping multicolor, but I am glad I stayed with this elegant combination.
This is one of those manicures that looked so much better in a real life, than I managed to capture on the photos. There was whole 10 sec. of the sunshine, and I run out to capture it, and you can see some of the pretty holographic topper so much better then.
And to finish this, I am wishing you a happy Autumn!
