I really can not say that I am an expert in watermarble. All I know I learned watching the tutorials, and by trial and error.
Most of the time I do have a hard time choosing the colors that would show the best in watermarble. Somehow, I managed to pick the colors that made a really pretty watermarble.
Here, I used all Color Club Nail Lacquer - Love Links (red), I'm Outta Here (mint green) and Feathered Hair Out To There (pink).
They marbled fabulously, and I like the effect. For whichever reason, made me think of peppermint swirl... As usual, I picked up the images with my stamper, then while my nails were drying, I applied the decals.
I picked pale pink I used for marbling as my base, as that was the lightest color, and I wanted it to be visible.
I topped the watermarble with glossy top coat. I also added pink heart rhinestone on my ring finger.
This was done for one of the challenges, and it was too late to redo one finger that got danged before I had the time to take the photos... go figure.
It seem that weather is steadily improving, and we are now above zero (barely) but that makes me so happy.
I can not wait to see my garden, even though I am not sure how much work I will be able to do in it this year due to knee injury and fast approaching hand surgery.
Have yourself an amazing day.
Cheers!
