I am pulling one from my unposted folder to share today, because I really loved this one on me.
As a base for today's nail art, I used Painted Polish by Lexi - Twister on the tides. I really did not use this polish much, just because I believed it was brighter yellow when I purchased it, and ended up being more of the mustard. Now, I do love mustard yellow, but because what I seen in the bottle did not aligned well with the image in my head, I just tucked it behind so I totally forgot about it until I randomly pulled it out of its hiding spot...
Sometimes, I just look at the images on my stamping plates thinking what they really are? until something clicks in my head, and I decide this is what I will use it for.
All images used are on Uber Chic - UC 11-03 stamping plate, and I decided that they are waterlilies! Next time they may end up being something different, but this time they are waterlilies.
First I used full nail oversized image that I decided they are lily pods. I picked up that image using Maniology - Cauldron, navy blue metallic stamping polish that picked up on the blue flakies in the base polish. I colored images using neon yellow polish by Madam Glam - Cheerleading Squad.
Over that, I randomly placed the single floral images from the same plate, and I double stamped it with Maniology - Bam! White and Hit the Bottle - Bubblegum Bliss.
All was topped with glossy top coat.
Despite my initial misgivings about this base polish, I ended up loving this manicure, and wearing it for few days!
Until next time, be safe and stay safe.
Cheers!
