First one I wore is this super cute glitter crelly named Water Lily.
As with other Cadillacquer polishes I have, Water Lily has beautifully easy to apply formula that needed only two coats for the full opacity. On the swatch above, I am also wearing the top coat.
Isn't this polish so pretty!
I do have a discount code for Nailstuff.ca, and is only good for your first purchase. There is still a sale going on, so my discount SANJA10 will give you additional 10% off of your purchase.
I don't remember ever doing a water lilies on my nails, and this was as good opportunity as any to finally do it. Fact that my add on matched the name of the polish is added bonus.
Oh, who am I fooling! I just could not resist doing the matching nail art.
Water lily image on my ring finger is on Clear Jelly Stamper - CjS-02 stamping plate, and on my middle finger, I freehand some lily pods.
To pick up the image I used Maniology - Ultra Violet, and then colored in the image rather than layer stamping it. This would not be something that I would prefer, but I done it to create more dimension on the petals. I also used it to outline the leaves I painted.
I could not love this more than I did. I actually loved the freehanded leaves more than the ones on my non dominant hand, and some days I wonder how is all of that possible... then I remembered that I am ambidextrous, and all makes sense then.
I spent yesterday doing some canning, and I made a Zucchini and Orange Marmalade, delicious concoction that I made for the first time ever.
Also baking some zucchini loaves, so my boys are pretty pleased with the treats.
Have an amazing day everyone!
Cheers!
