Their longevity is legendary, even though their numbers are declining.
I really wanted to have a fun with this, and once again I picked the color scheme that is not really often on my page, but in the same time, I love it.
I used coppery polish by Essie - Leggy Legend, and it must be one of my favorites by Essie. It was some time since I last wore it, when I came across this bottle in my drawer, I just could not pass it. I decided to pair it with another polish I did not wear in a long time by Ruby Wing - Solar Flare. That is a solar polish, and it supposed to turn red in the sun. Solar pigments are not most of the stabile ones, so they will loose the potency in a very short time. To be completely honest, I love this polish just like it is here - bright yellow with some good old shimmers. It is looking just like it is glowing form within.
I really loved the turtle/tortoise image on Creative Shop 25 stamping plate, but it is so big, I could never wear it. This time I would not take the no for the answer, and I split the image over two nails, and colored them in into decals. I roughly mixed few different shades for the shell, as I did not want it to be uniform, but more like it is in nature.
I absolutely loved the way this looked, and could not wait to post it.
Last night I had a seminar after work, and I am still pumped with the stuff I just learned, that now I want to do it all the time.
Isn't it funny how learning new things that we thought were mission impossible, can make us feel like a brand new person. Here is for new and improved me! LOL!
Have a wonderful day.
Cheers!
