My brilliant blue polish is Verse by Cadillacquer.
Naturally, when I see something so pretty, I want to do something pretty over.
My choice was image from Lina - Twirls & Swirls 02 stamping plate. I love those almost abstract shapes, and here is one that ended up being a transformer...
First, I stamped the image using Essie - Penny talk, and loved it, but I was afraid that this would be too hard to photograph.
Then I picked Hit the Bottle - Bubblegum Bliss, and double stamped.
This is how that looked.
Using the small brush, I started brushing and blending colors, and before my eyes, this swirly design transformed into the colorful tropical flower. I have to admit, I loved the result enough to wear it for the reminder of the week. Thing is, I was playing, and did not wrote all the colors right away, and I have no idea which ones I used, but really, you can do whatever you want.
This was just one of the examples what I sometimes do, even when I absolutely love the manicure. I always love to improvise and try to achieve the new results...
If this little experiment failed, you would never know, or I would just post one photo. But, I loved outcome, and here is how this looked when I was done. I was really happy that I did not wear my usual peel-off base, and that allowed me to enjoy this manicure until I was ready to remove it.
Have yourself a wonderful weekend.
Cheers!
