I needed to mix it up a bit, and I decided to bring you Throwback Thursday. I done this manicure almost a year ago. I was home taking care of my hubby, and I had some time when he would be resting to do some nail polish therapy for myself.
This one never got posted not because there was something wrong with it, but because life happened, and for a little while, I lost all drive to live and to post, even to paint my nails. My posts here slowed down, because I could not bring myself out of the fog to even sit and try to write few words... I was drained - mentally, physically and emotionally.
At the time, I received the order from Different Dimension, and was more than eager to try out some of the pretty polishes that arrived.
I can say with the certainty that in the beginning of the October of the last year, I purchased several polishes in this color scheme, because it was speaking to me in more ways I could explain.
One of those deep wine colored polishes is this one from Different Dimension - Cat's Eye Nebula.
This is part of the collection that was out couple of years ago, and I pretty much have all but one from that collection. It was still available for order several months ago when I checked out the site last time, but it is possible that is discontinued by now.
I truly loved seeing this color on my nails. I would paint them in this color, and in a few days I would paint them again with very similar shade.
I loved this so much, that I did not want to do any elaborate nail art on the top, just some simple stamping.
Apparently, there was not enough holo on my tips already, so I stamped using DRK Nails - Silver Holo for stamping, and I have to admit, it looked pretty.
Image I used is on XY-K18 stamping plate, which I purchased on Ali Express. I just changed the direction of the stamping for a visual interest, and I was happy with it
Have a wonderfully easy day.
Cheers!
