On the other hand, I found that other kind of melons, are tasting great year long, so I am getting my fix with them rest of the year.
Because I could not decide which melon to do, I just did them both, so we have truly summer fruity manicure.
Thanks to the Polish Pick Up, I got my first ever Ethereal Polish - Luna Moth, and I am wearing it over the white base. I really loved how it looked, and of course, I will have to try it on its own too.
Over the white base it looked like aurora shimmers, but without all the mess, and it was stunning. I know, I did my best to cover it up... That happens to me a lot lately...
Last month, I purchased some more of Clear Jelly Stamper stamping plates during their Garage Sale, and I wish I had more funds to get me few more plates that were on my wish list for a while... Prices were too good to pass, and yet, still having regrets for not putting at least one more plate in my basket, as prices were that good.
Here I used little plate CjS-63, with layering fruity images, and I got the idea of doing the different melons using the same image... later I actually figured out I should use them differently, which may be something for the future use... In any case, slightly smaller images would work much better, but it is what it is, those are the ones I had, and ones I used. This all looked much better in my head, but that is how this usually goes. I just needed to get over myself, and just agree that this is what I was going for.
All stamping polishes used were by B. Loves Plates, and I was really happy with the color choices here.
My saving grace as always are my cute melon rings, and I had to wear both of them! LOL!
Those are recent purchase, and could not wait to wear them. I went on a shopping spree, and got me loads of new rings, that I have to show off as soon as possible.
Now, I am going to crack open a huge watermelon that will cool me right down.
Cheers!
