Otherwise, my Monday was busy and uneventful, which was quite fine with me.
Heaven knows that I love buying the nail supplies, but I been really good girl lately, and I discovered that I don't even need to purchase anything - it is enough for me to put the stuff that I like in the basket, and when I am done, I just go to my cart and empty it one item at the time.
More often than not I find that I already have something really similar already, and that I am not really quite ready for the big purchases. I am fine with that as my finances are kind of mess at the moment, and I have no room for impulse shopping. I still have handful of untried polishes that I am keeping for the time the crisis strike and I need something new...
With that thought, I decided to shop my own stash, and I looked at my shelves to see which polish will capture my attention.
Almost immediately one polish drew me in - Color Club - Burn Out.
Considering that it is summer after all, I wanted something really funky over this shade that some may think is better suited for the much cooler seasons...
I picked up the brush, and brightest color club polishes I had, and started painting the ribbons of color. I did not want them to be uniform from the nail to nail, but I wanted it to be random.
I loved the final result so much, I had it painted on both of my hands, and wore it for a week!
This was such a fun, colorful look that you can wear with pretty much anything.
I am totally enjoying the cooler temperatures, and I hope that you have a fair summer, and that you are all smoke free.
Cheers!
