I am also trying to plow through my ever growing untried pile, and for today's manicure, I picked another of the mystery polishes by Different Dimension, this time, Mystery Prototype 73.
I have two very similar ones by Different Dimension, and I really am curious for which one of them this was prototype. Either way, it is so appropriate for this time of the year, I could not resist doing somethin with it.
This color might not be everybody's cup of tea, but I actually like colors like this one. Go figure.
Beauty about the prototype sale is that you have no idea what you will get. All that you can pick is the number, and it is lot like a Lottery - or buying a cat in the bag, LOL.
After all of this talk, I forgot to take a swatch photo... ooopsie!
I was waiting for the polish to dry, and was trying to decide what I will do, and as soon as I was ready, I started stamping.
Knitted pattern is on the B-07, random plate I picked up at the local Dollar Store.
I decided to combine the knitwear with the plaid scarf in matching colors.
Plaid image is on Cici&Sisi - Plaid 2 stamping plate. Use code Sanja to save. I purchased whole bunch of plates last year, and once again, I will wait the sale event to purchase more. Those are the best acrylic plates I ever tried, and images always pick up perfectly. Considering that they are white, one would think that they would stain, but they look brand new even after several uses.
Stamping polishes I used were from Maniology - Maui Gold + Red Sea. Use code SANJA10 to save.
I also used Mundo de Unas - Orange for the plaid.
All was toped with matte top coat by Glam Polish - Totally Matte.
Today will be very busy and multicultural event for me, as I am attending pre-wedding event for my nephew - his father is East Indian, and was raised in that culture. I am really totally clueless what to expect, but in the same time, I am really glad that I will have a chance to be part of it.
Wedding is next weekend in Vancouver, but I will not be able to attend...
Have a wonderful weekend.
Cheers!
