What I wanted to achieve here is the feeling when you are laying under the tall tree on the sunny day, and look up to the sky. Sunlight is filtered through the leaves, and you can see small columns of light, like a light sabers against darker leaves.
Not sure if I actually achieved the look I was going for, but I gave it a try. I am a dreamer after all.
It is more than obvious that for this look I had to subject you to another freehand.
I started with Dimension Nails - Emperor Angelfish. I love this bright blue, that look like a early morning sky in the Summer, just before it is completely bleached by sunshine.
All I need to add is few leaves and few "sunbeams".
Sometimes it is not really important how good your freehand skills actually are, but how process makes you feel. I was transported to carefree days of youth, and days when I was actually going to the beach. To that time when I could lay down on the ground, and just relax and breathe without the day to day stress, and/or survival.
I hope that some of you did the similar things, and that this will also make you little bit nostalgic of times that will never come back.
Cheers!
