Beautiful base is by Different Dimension - Tael. This is such a pretty polish, it needed to be pulled off of the shelf and used. This spring I packed most of my polishes as I had reno in plan, but life happened, and reno was pushed to some other time... Slowly but surely, my polishes are finding their way to the shelf again, as I more often than not rummage through my boxes and drawers for something I did not see in a while.
Image I used here is super simple image that is on MoYou London - Steampunk - 07 stamping plate. This pattern was more art deco than steampunk, so I 'punk' it up by adding some gold colored studs. I wanted a little bit of the contrast to the stamping, which was done using Clear Jelly Stamper - 045 Molten Alloy, amazing silver stamping polish, one I was looking for, as my go to silver polish is on the last leg.
Love how this ended up looking, and was giving me the biker chick vibe or at least rocker one.
Isn't it amazing how just adding something to the simple, elegant manicure can totally change the feel and look.
Years back, when I started with my nail journey, I went crazy buying studs, rhinestones, glitters and such, and I will not run out of any of them any time soon. Maybe that is the reason why I often dip in that supply, as I need to use at least some of them up.
Not sure what was I thinking then - that all of the sudden I will have people lined up in the front of my door? In any case, whatever the reason is, I am trying to use what I have - even though I am going out of my way to purchase more all the time. Ooopsie!
Have a wonderful Monday, and week ahead.
Cheers!
