I was not even close to recreating one of those pieces, but I surely tried to capture magic of it. I thought that white dove fit the above mentioned church setting.
As a base for this I used nameless silver Cosmetic Arts polish. Cosmetic Arts is polish that is made by Color Club Lacquer, and I am not entirely sure why different name. I got couple of gift packs with those polishes, and as with Color Club, these polishes came without name labels.
On thumb, index and pinky, I applied over this silver polish three coats of All Mixed Up Lacquer - I will never destash you. That is teal crelly filled with multi colored flakies, and is stunning on its own. Having a silver undies, brighten this polish to a great degree, and I really liked the way it looks. Now I will have to try it with different base coats, for a different effect. I also used I will never destash you to fill in parts of the design.
Image itself is from Moyra No.118 Dream on stamping plate.
I actually purchased this plate for that image, even though there are quite a few pretty images on this plate.
I stamped image with Hit the Bottle - As Black As Night, and then I filled image using a sheer polishes- OPI - I am never amberrased and Landscape artist, and L'Oréal - Jolly Lolly.
I also mixed those shades to create those in-between shades.
Everything was topped with glossy top coat, and I surely hope you will enjoy them.
As always, be and stay safe. My thoughts and prayers are with people from Florida - let's hope Irma will turn away...
