Since I did this manicure, I did receive the one of the few, and difference was obvious at the glance.
I am wearing Born Pretty - My Old Friend, item #52439-8. As with all the polishes that are loaded with glitter, you will have some of the texture that one coat of the top coat may or may not fix. Just for this purpose, I purchased Glisten & Glow - Glitter Grabber, top coat that supposed to smooth the glitters, and it does work. Just look how smooth my polish looks. You can see it in the reflection.
Over the Glitter Grabber, I stamped as I would, and images are layering images from Clear Jelly Stamper - CjS-23 stamping plate.
I love stamping plates like this one, where you can pretty much mix and match many images on the plate to create your own. Pretty much everything goes.
I used Colour Alike - Lime Punch (metallic green) and Sailor Blue (metallic blue) alongside with Maniology - Bam! White.
Color combo is so fresh, and definitively loving the contrast between the black background and light stamping.
Once again I seen the message in this - Hope in the darkness (Winter) that light is coming (Spring). It is so obvious which is my favorite season - Spring is winning here by leaps and bounds. Many people share this feeling, but nothing compares to the Spring.
Yesterday's freak snow storm will not prevent me from dreaming of Spring time, especially now that snow melted and I seen that my tulips broke ground and smallest growth is around the inch tall. Those by the house that are protected from the wind and cold are already about 6 inch tall! Trust me, all I want is to go out and clean my flower beds from the dry leaves and to trim the branches that did not survive the Winter.
As always, I wish that at least you can enjoy the March weather if I can't.
Cheers!
