Let's start with the lighter subject - LOVE. Yup, I just said it! There are so many different types of love that we are freely giving to many people, our pets, hobbies and so on.
While I am trying to type as fast as I could, my little love, my biggest fan and sidekick Princess is patiently waiting for me, ready to snuggle. Love that mutt so much!
Today I used all polishes by the same brand - Dimension Nails. If you are not familiar with it, Stephanie (owner) makes regular polish, as well as gels. She is vegan herself, and is making sure that her products are too, and also as environmentally friendly as they can be. She also donates percentage of the sales for the animal shelters and animal protection societis.
She does not ship regular polishes to Canada, but for all my Canadian friends, they are available for purchase at NailStuff.ca. All the polishes I own from Dimension Nails are from there, some purchased, some gifted to me. I placed the links for both there, and if you are interested, I do have 10% off code for first time buyers - SANJA10.
Today, I used three of them for this fun, loving manicure. By loving, I mean full or hearts. Perfect for Valentine's or any other day of the year.
I used Pup (lightest grey) which I painted pinky, ring and middle finger with. On thumb and index I am wearing Pygmy Sloth (glittery red), and I also used it for the some of the hearts. Little bit deeper red which was used for the hearts is Red Spitting Cobra.
I used dotting tool for the top of the hearts, and small brush to join the dots into the point for the bottom of the hearts. I was going for the random placement of hearts as well as color, but ended up pretty uniformed if you ask me. Apparently, I just can't do random. LOL!
This was really fun, quick and easy manicure I did yesterday after work, so this will stay on my nails for few days. I actually like this more than I thought I would. Isn't it such a funny thing when we do something thinking we will hate it, then we love it, and vice versa..
Now, you have a wonderful day, and hopefully we will see you tomorrow.
