Just to make sure we have some winder fun - there are the people that like winter - not me, but I will not discriminate against them. To each its own. There are people that love extreme heat, but I am not one of those either. I love mild temperatures, with the blue skies. Not sure where in the world I could find this all year long, but that would be perfect place for me. That may be the reason why I love the transitional seasons so much. I am spring baby, and that is my favourite season of all, closely followed by autumn...
On the other side of the world, Australia is engulfed in catastrophic fires, and I just wish I can send them some ice and snow and help stopping that fiery fury. I can only sympathize with all the people with respiratory issues that smoke will just multiply to no end, but even healthy person would be affected by all of it.
Seen very disturbing footage, and it looks like an inferno there. Even my boss's daughter that lives in Australia is one of the evacuees, that took some photos on the way to Cambera. I have to admit, I will count my blessings, and little bit of cold and wet is leaps and bounds better than breathing the smoke in high concentrations.
I really did not want to depress you all with this, but this is our reality, and some of us have it worse than others. My prayers are with the people from Australia at the moment.
Now back to something little bit brighter.
During the Black Friday sale, I purchased some polishes from Harlow and Co. and first one I used is by Delush Polish - Trekkie With The Good Hair.
Loving the depth that was achieved here, and on the swatches I am wearing 3 coats + top coat to even out the surface.
Images I used are on MoYou London - Festive 48 stamping plate.
I went pretty crazy ever since I lost my hubby, but now I really have no excuse. I truly do not need another polish or plate, even though I have to admit I will probably get more. Trick is in saying I do not need more, and try to stay firm, no matter how good sale is. That is something I plan on working on in this new year.
Back to the plate - I went with XL images, even though they are too wide and too long for me just because I find the smaller version images bit too small... I can always shrink an image, but enlarging is bit trickier, and did not try that in a very long time.
Picked that cute snowman that is second image on the plate, and did some reverse stamping.
For picking up the images I used Mini Mani Moo - Black + White polish.
Snowflake image I used is below the Snowman image, and I really loved how child like those flakes look.
I think they look amazing over my pretty glittery base.
All was sealed with the layer of glossy top coat.
I hope that this cute snowman that looks like he is in the middle of some performance will brighten your day, despite the depressing beginning of the post.
Have an amazing day.
Cheers!
