It was a while since I did a black and white manicure. Until I started, I totally forgot how much I like the look. I love the patent leather shine of the black polish. I applied lotion on my hands, and I must of touch the nails which ruined the effect...
I started with Wet'n'Wild - Black Crème. As you can see, I use inexpensive polishes too, especially in black and white, as those are most used polishes in my collection. I just do not see the point on spending lots of money on something that can be done for less...
Image used is on Lesly Plates - #34. I have this plate for a long time, and it was the time to be freed from the protective film. I used one image only, and I spread it onto two nails.
For the stamping I used B. Loves Plates - B. an Arctic Snow. It reminded me of the negative... I don't even know if younger generations know the thrill of looking at the negative trying to figure out who is on the photos...
On the thumb and index I applied the Essence - Snow Alert! That is white glitter topper that is also in my possession for several years, I just forgot I have it. That is my biggest issue with toppers.
I love how this topper gives the illusion of snow, without the need of stamping the snowflakes.
I truly enjoyed wearing this manicure. I will have to go with black and white looks more often. I always love them when I do them.
After work I am going to office Christmas party, and I am looking forwards to it. I do not get out much, and this gives me an excuse to dress up. I can't wait to share the nail look I have on my nails for the party - soon enough though.
Have yourself an amazing day.
Cheers!
