So just a quick follow up... As I told you before, I had a back surgery last Monday. Surgery went well I guess, but I was leaking cerebral spinal fluid for another 6 days. That was unsettling to say at least. Wound not closing, loosing the precious fluid, and possibility of infection was quite a nerve wrecking. Released nerve is now shooting the pain down my legs, so it is not damaged, but feeling is not pleasant, actually the reason for the surgery in the first place.
I need to do more sitting now that leaking stopped, and I decided to write to all of you.
This is - of course, from the vault, as my nails only have a top coat on them for the last 10 days or so.
Luckily I was able to create some content before surgery, so I am trying to post on IG, as It is fairly easy to do so laying flat on your back.
Here, I used Essie - Revenge's a Beach, pretty dusty blue polish I purchased on sale before the Nail Polish Canada closed its doors. Polish is very creamy, and opaque in one smooth coat, which is always a great sign for me. It did not stain, which gave it a bonus points. LOL!
I stamped the design from Nicole Diary - 277 stamping plate with MoYou London - Frosted Lake (palest grey), then I added some details with brush using some red polish. I did not write the name of it, and I can't possibly remember it...
In any case, I loved wearing this understated, simple look.
Wish me speedy recovery.
Cheers!
