As a base, I used polish I did not use in long, long time. I am wearing Margo by DRK Nails, purchased forever ago. Margo is matte textured polish, and I also neglected my textured polishes. You either love them or hate them. First time I wore one, I thought I will jump out of my skin, it drove me crazy. Now texture does not bother me at all, actually, I catch myself touching the rough surface with the pads of my fingers, as I like the tickling feeling. I know how strange this sounds, but the only way to explain how I feel when I wear them.
This polish also looks great with glossy top coat - so sparkly and so pretty, and to even out the texture you can use Glisten & Glow - Glitter Grabber - totally recommending the product. I am not paid to advertise it, and I purchased my bottle, but it makes the surface of the glitter nail much smoother.
I used image from Cici& Sisi - Plaid 02, acrylic plate, and the best acrylic plate I ever tried. This company did not last - unfortunately, and I feel really lucky that I purchased my plates when I did.
For stamping, I used Colour Alike - Coco (pink), and Powder Perfect - Puerto Rico ( purple). This last one is barely visible, but I really like how it compliments other two colors.
Hope that you made to the middle of the week easy, and that second half will be even easier!
On that note, I seen the orthopedic surgeon yesterday, and my splint was upgraded to a hinged knee brace. He confirmed initial diagnosis of tendon injuries, not on just one, but on two of them...
Let's see how this will work for me.
Cheers!
