Not that I was really going wild here- almost tone on tone, except for one stripe...
I started with Celestial Cosmetics - Mina.
I really liked Celestial Cosmetics - they were Australian Indie brand, that stopped with polish production some time ago.
On the swatch above, I am wearing two coats and no top coat.
Once again, I reached for the UberChic - UC 22-02 stamping plate, and interesting enough, I used it in manicure I will show you tomorrow.
Not sure about you, but when I purchase set of anything, I always seem to have a favourite of the batch. This plate is most used plate from the set 22. For some reason, all the images resonate with me, I just can't stop until I use every image on that plate.
There is a full nail image using this type of stripes, but I used single image in the centre of the plate, and stamped over and over, as that allowed me to use different colors and spacing the way I wanted...
For stamping, I used Hit the Bottle - Espresso Martini, Kaleidoscope - St.17 Turquoise and La Femme - Azul Perolado.
I love how this stripe looks like a dry brush, and almost like colored by a child... But that is what attracted me to it - imperfect perfection!
When I mentioned the UberChic, I remembered that I never told you one incredible news - I was one of the three lucky winners of their $500 shopping spree! I am still running on adrenaline, and trying to figure out what I want - I want it all of course. There will be four different launches in next month or so, and I want to see if there is something I want from there. First launch was yesterday - Series of gel polish and gel stamping polishes. I spotted some colors I like, so they are surely on my wish list.
I had few sleepless nights, and I just could not bring myself to write a post for yesterday.
I think that we all need a break from time to time to recharge our batteries.
Wishing you wonderful, restful weekend.
Cheers!
