My color scheme ended up yellow - which is a good thing because yellow is not really color I use that much throughout the year.
Pretty pale yellow creme is one of my oldest Color Club shades - Macaroon Swoon. I paired it with yellow glitter crelly by Bitzy Nail Color - Sweetie Pie I purchased at Sally Beauty few years ago. Sweetie Pie is full of neon glitters in pink, yellow, orange and green that are also different in size. Have to say it looked amazing in the bottle, but was actually really goopy and hard to apply. It is possible that bottle was not sealed properly, but this was its last manicure - I disposed of it as soon as I was done.
Interesting enough, both polishes are named by dessert... I must of been low on sugar when I was painting my nails.
I went bee crazy here. I purchased one of the CYO x Maniology plates - M093, and could not resist it any more.
Thing is I really don't want to take any chances, so I stay away from anything that has yellow and black stripes - better safe than sorry.
You can safely order this plate and many more other items using my discount code SANJA10 at maniology.com.
For this look I used more than one image, and I opted out of stamping using the black stamping polish. I did not want this to came out too stark, and for stamping, I used Revlon - Espresso. I purchased this polish years ago just for stamping. I don't think I ever wore it as a polish, but often reach for it when I need a pretty brown to stamp with. This was from the days when shopping on line terrified me... I wish I have small amount of that restrain these days.
In the end, I added a "honey drip" using a small brush and Color Club - Psychedelic Scene - another polish I really don't think I will use any time soon as a base for the manicure.
Loved this soft look, and I wore it for a few days before replacing it with something different.
Hope you will have an amazing day, and that you will not be too bee-zee.... LOL! See what I did here? It is cheesy I know, but I could not resist it.
Cheers!
