Now, there are also some pink eyeballs, and they are Halloween part of this look. Scary part.
Let's get real for a moment. Anyone that ever was delivered big "C" diagnosis, can testify how scary that is - it is scary enough to turn your blood cold... I can vouch from my own experience. Knowing that early detection can make your chances for the survival so much higher, it is really a wonder that we are so reluctant to do so.
I guess the attitude "what you don't know - can't hurt you" is very detrimental in this case.
For the breast cancer, self-check on the monthly basis, and mammogram are the best ways to give yourself a fighting chance. If you do not know how to do self-exam, ask your family doctor of gynecologist. You can make it fun part of your routine if you involve your partner in this. Honestly, they may be the first to notice any kind of change. But do not stop there. Even though most of the cases are female, breast cancer can affect males too, especially with the strong family history. Protect your man by doing the same to him to. You may help save someone's life, and future together. That should be enough of the motivation.
Now that you know the story behind this, title becomes clearer.
This week inspiration photo for the #AllAbstractTuesday was super cute, but not abstract enough for me. I kept the pink color scheme, added ribbons, and eyeballs.
All was done freehand over Essence - Be Awesome Tonight! - This seem to be the perfect pink for this manicure.
Have an amazing week.
Cheers!
