When I did this manicure couple of weeks ago, most of my stamping plates were packed up, so to came up with appropriate autumnal manicure was more than a challenge.
Base for the plaid nails is Color Club Nail Lacquer - Wink Wink Twinkle. This was my recent purchase from Nail Polish Canada, and this particular polish had a fuchsia pink product photo... now, can you imagine my surprise to open my parcel and find a burnt orange-red polish instead. I am not sure if they had inaccurate photo to the extreme, or this polish actually changed color... Afterwards, I did read the reviews, and it seems like I was not the only one with color accuracy issue.
Plaid image is on Mezerdoo - 10 stamping plate, stamped with white.
On middle two nails I started with Bourjois - Adora-Bleu. This seems to be one of my favorite, or should I say most used blue polishes. I added few clouds with dotting tool, then I get to the ground work.
Ground image is on YZW-N02 plate I had forever. I picked up images using Revlon - Hot for Chocolate, and I colored the earth using Ciate - Encore. I thought it was pretty nice match for the glittery plaid nails.
Scarecrow image is on MoYou London - Fairytale - 12 stamping plate.
Even though images I used possibly would not be my first choice, I loved the final look.
All was topped with Revlon - Matte top coat.
We had some nice rain last night, and I love the fresh, cool and clean air rain left behind. Love the scent of ozone in the air.
Have an amazingly cool day in every way.
Cheers!
