We had some foggy mornings last couple of days, but fog would burn revealing the beautiful blue skies and sunshine.
Today I have a seasonal manicure for the change, and pretty much sums up real situation on the pumpkin fields here. Pumpkin patches are mostly closed, and there are just seldom left pumpkins in the fields, hopefully for the wildlife to have some healthy snacks.
I also added the cute little scarecrow to the lonely pumpkin, but that scarecrow is mere decoration judging by that ballsy crow looking at it from the safety of the big, round pumpkin...
Deep navy blue is by L'Oréal - Don't Shy Away. This is one of the polishes I have for years, and came across just because I was weeding out some of my older polishes to make the room for the new one that will hopefully get more love than those. I find this color so pretty, and was fully opaque in one coat. Gotta love that!
I topped this beauty with another polish I have for ages and maybe used once - Formula X - Firecracker. I kept it just to make at least one autumnal manicure with this glitter topper. I had the blue one - same idea, different color and that one I gave away.
On middle and ring finger I used Color Club Nail Lacquer - Astro-Naughty - palest blue as a base.
There I stamped images from Dixie Plates - Autumn 02 stamping plate. Both images are layering kind, and love them so much. that crow actually goes onto the scarecrow arm, but I did not have the room for it, so I stamped it onto the pumpkin.
Pumpkin image is half of the big image with two pumpkins, I clearly could not fit another one on my nail, no matter how hard I tried. LOL!
I thought this was just too cute! I applied glossy top coat, and took some photos, then I added matte top coat and took the photos. Personally, I prefer glossy look, as colors just pop then, but matte photos looked better. Below, first photo is glossy, and other two are matte, so you can see what I mean.
Have a wonderful day.
Cheers!
