Nude with gold shimmers is Zoya - Uli, while bright red with orange/gold shimmers is Marigold.
I also used Marigold to stamp the gems, over matte Uli...
Images used are on Uber Chic - 22-01 stamping plate. I started with stamping with gold, but that was too close to the base, so I switched to silver stamping polish.
In the end, I added glossy top coat over the gems, so the would be bright, and shiny - to bring that sparkly shimmer out.
I am curious - do you prefer rubies in silver, or gold setting? For me, they can be in any setting, I just love the bright stones. I have a pedant with ruby in a gold setting, and couple of rings with ruby in silver setting, and love them both.
I am kind of gal that does not discriminate against any precious or semi-precious stone, and enjoy wearing them when ever I can or when ever occasion arise.
It appears that like my mom, I prefer blue colored stones, and have to admit that that is the color that is prevailing in my jewelry box.
It is a Friday, yay! Is it 4:30 pm already?! Just kidding! Enjoy your day.
Cheers!
