Have to admit, even against myself, I loved how this looked. Maybe because intense, colorful rainbow, who knows.
I started with another oldie but goodie by Lyn B. Designs - Too Pure To Be Pink, off white polish with pink shimmers that were pretty shy to photograph. I can't remember when I wore it last time, so today was as good day as any. I considerably slowed down with nail polish purchase, even though I did not completely stopped. This lack of constant flow of brand new polishes is forcing me to use what I already have, so that is exactly what I am doing.
Using different brands of polish, I painted the rainbow ribbon. It came out better than I hoped for.
Over that I stamped images from Dixie Plates - Mermaids & Unicorns 01 stamping plate. First, I stamped with black, and then I stamped over unicorn's face with holographic silver stamping polish by DRK Nails - Silver Holo. This is hands down my best stamping holographic polish, and I have it for years. There was a some time since I had an access to DRK Nails merchandise. They closed their USA store, and for a while, when owner would go to USA, she would shoot me an email to see if I need something. Then COVID came, and all changed.
In any case, this manicure was finished with glossy top coat.
Yesterday, smoke creeped in the valley, and reduced visibility, and I will not even talk about quality of the air. It is what it is.
Forecast called for another scorcher this weekend, yay... NOT.
I will keep mostly indoors, so hope that you all will have an amazing weekend, wherever you are.
Cheers!
