Polishes are in 6 ml bottles, and they feature fine "glitters" that gives the polish stone look. Absolutely in love with them. I shown you one of the grey ones, and today I am having a dusty pink on. This is BP-MS05 - Wait, item #45250-5.
On the swatch above, I am wearing 2 coats and no top coat.
Because I wanted to take the advantage of the 'stone look', I decided to do manicure that will have something to do with the stones - big ones. As an icing of the cake, this also hints a Halloween theme, even though indirectly.
My inner geek was really pleased with this one, as my topic is Ancient Egypt. This would easily play into the mummy theme, but I was actually going for the graveyard... what are the pyramids but a gigantic graves, and in that line of thinking, Valley of the Kings, is just really big commentary. I bet you did not expect that! LOL!
Buildings of the pyramids took years, and so many lives of slaves died building them, so they are truly gruesome graveyard!
Images I used are on What's Up - B001 stamping plate.
For stamping, I used China Glaze - First Mate (Navi Blue), Born Pretty - Gold and Kaleidoscope - Bisque.
All was topped using Lucky 13 Lacquer - Elemental Ward - We're All Matte Here.
If you thought that I am done with the theme, have to disappoint you. I prepared one more manicure for the same topic, and they go together hand in hand.
Stay tuned for second installment. LOL!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Cheers!
