I never planted them, and they surely did not been here when we purchased our home. Just one year something started to grow, and neither hubby of myself knew what it is, so we let it grow... Long story short, this was the first poppy that came to our garden. Thanks to my then young children, they made sure that we have more next year... Interesting enough, we are the only one in the neighbourhood with this color of the poppies.
For this matching manicure I started by painting mid and ring finger in Deborah Lippmann - Going to the chapel - matte shimmery white. I made decal by using image from Cooi-033, and applied it to white background. I did not think that I need to go outside for a color reference, and I made my poppies lean toward blue tones, instead of warmer pinkish... ah well...
Rest of the nails I first painted with MoYou London - Dark violet, they I layered Layla Cosmetics -N.17. This one is gorgeous flakie I forgot I even have. Flakies are suspended in deep purple jelly, and shift is amazing - yellow-orange- red, and even some flashes of light green on certain angles. Those colors are stunning against purple.
I sealed all with a top coat.
