Today, I will show you gorgeous periwinkle crème gel polish from Madam Glam, named Kind of wonderful.
This one has excellent coverage, and amazing color. This is one of those colors that look good on almost any skin tone, and also can be worn year around. I am in love with this color. It is clean, fresh and all around perfection.
See it for yourself.
I try to do variety here, so I decided to do some random, multi color foil application. Last time I applied foils over the gel, I used foil glue, that wrinkled my foil something bad after I applied matte gel top coat. This time, I decided to try something different, so I applied foil on after I cured the color, before top coat application, skipping the glue part all together. I was just gently touching surface of the nail with different colors of the foil, and I really liked this effect, that looked almost like it was dry-brushed. Love the look of matte foil, but this color looks amazing matte!
You kind of guessed that I would not stop there...
I had to stamp too, and I love purple and red combination, but in the same time, I wanted to mimic metallic look of the foil, and went with red stamping polish from the Hit the Bottle - Poison Apple. That was perfect match for this polish. Swirly image is on UberChic UC 7-03 stamping plate.
I know I say this often, but l loved this look.
