Some of the plants did not even shed the old leaves, when the new are already arriving - just this weekend I cleaned the quince tree from the old and dry leaves that just refused to give in.
That was the thought behind this manicure - old leaves are replaced by new ones, side by side in harmony.
As a base, I used Painted Polish by Lexi - Herbology.
On the swatch above, I am wearing two coats and no top coat.
I wanted something pretty and forest related for this beautiful polish, and took me a while to decide which image to actually use.
I always loved ferns, and fern images and when my eyes landed on that image, I knew that search was over.
Image I picked is on Powder Perfect - Floral 1 stamping plate. This plate as any other product from Powder Perfect is not available any more, as this Aussie Indie maker decided to close its doors. There still may be an odd item on some of the international exchanges, or maybe on some of the destash pages.
Stamping polishes used were Mini Mani Moo - Gold and Kaleidoscope - Green Neon.
All was topped with glossy top coat, and I absolutely enjoyed wearing this manicure.
This is also an opportunity to wish a friend a Happy Birthday, and many happy returns Gen.
Hold on folks, weekend is around the corner, and my sympathies goes to the citizens of Ontario, as they are going in two weeks complete, province wide shut down as of today. This is done in attempt to slow down the spread of COVID-19 that is running rampant in that province.
To everyone else, have a wonderful day, and if you have a minute, stop to see all the changes that are happening all around you.
Cheers!
