I was trying out the new trend of doing the pool water. I seen several done with gels, and you know that I had to play with the regular polish.
This ended up to be a blobbicure, trend that was in few years back, but done with sheer polishes or jellies this time around.
I applied the layer of semi sheer white, and right away, before it dries, I added blobs of this semi sheer franken blue polish. Polish you add will sink and spread, and base polish will create the lines in between the "blobs" of polish.
Thing is, I tried to do a second layer, and managed to mess it up... I tried different combinations, and eventually call it a day while I was ahead...
Over that mess of the pool water, I stamped some water toys - some beach balls, and unicorn life saver - this looked more like an after party pool, with the toys all forgotten behind... In all looked like a family friendly pool party. :)
Well, this was a nice try... Blobbicure was one of those techniques that look deceivingly easy, and suck you into trying them, and they are not that hard once you figure out what you doing... It is all in a balance there.
Little cooling off yesterday was welcome change, even though I wish it rained. My garden needs it really badly...
Have yourself another wonderful day.
Cheers!
