Unlike my penguin manicure that was riot of strong colors, I went with very pale palette, one more appropriate for the Northern hemisphere.
Pretty much, only color I added here is to the skies, as those are the most colorful in the icy landscape - sunsets and northern lights must be spectacular there - if you are for the freezing while watching it.
I am more for the milder climate - nothing too extreme for this girl.
For the lack of the white textured polish, I used white topper. Not the same thing, but both look like a snow.
I did not wear this one in a long time - Color Club - Something new - clear base filled with matte white glitters in different sizes, and random pale blue glitters in between. I had no idea what to expect, so to play safe, I applied one coat of Something new over the thin coat of Sally Hansen - Let's Snow.
Image is on Creative Shop 37 stamping plate, that I did not use in a while, so I took another photo of it.
I only used the first image on the plate, but I split it in two different ones. I stamped the icy mountains in the background using grey polish, for which I was not impressed... then I added a color and liked it even less...
To save the day, I stamped over using Hit the Bottle - As Black As Night, and stamped other half of the image on my ring finger.
Another work week ahead of us. Hope it will go smooth for all of us.
Cheers!
