Cool weather means scarfs, sweaters, and all sorts of outfits that would sport plaid design.
My dear friend Sharon has a birthday today, and we decided to go with plaid for her birthday.
I created my own line by line, color by color.
Sharon loves green, and I decided to go with deepest green polish I own - Butter London - British Racing Green. It is so nice to revisit the old friends after eternity of using a new polish every day... Not that I mind new polishes - I would not purchase them if I did not like them, but after a while, it is really nice to open the drawer or box and find a pretty polish that I did not use in a while - It is like shopping from my own stock!
I used Nicole Diary - L04 stamping plate with different width lines, and I used them to create the pattern. That said, if the lines are little bit wonky, that is the reason behind. All was done eyeing it and approximating it.
For stamping, I used Clear Jelly Stamper stamping polishes in: 007 CJ's Pj's (palest blue); 150 Gold Fish (shimmery orange) and 104 Mint Sweetie (chartreuse).
Love those colors together, and they actually looked better than I hoped for. That is always a great thing.
Every time I do a plaid, I want to have something like that in real life, does not matter if it is only a scarf, or something bigger. That happen here too.
All that is left for me to do is to wish my dear friend happiest birthday, and all of you amazing day.
Cheers!
