You can definitively feel that November is here with cold weather. We do go below or around the zero in the morning, but during the day we go to almost a double digits. I absolutely love this time of the year, love the crisp air in the morning, and sunny days, no matter how cold they are.
For today, I have a manicure that came totally different than I actually imagined it in my head. I did not hate the results, but they look nothing like the look I had in my head... it happens...
I started with my newest Dimension Nails - Chocolate Cashew Milk. Pretty semi sheer polish and only from this collection I got so far.
I applied 2 coats, and I believe third would make it almost completely opaque. I did not mind this look though, so I left it at 2 coats.
Using Dimension Nails - Joey - one of my favorites, I stamped little bit of background for extra depth.
Then I stamped other images from Clear Jelly Stamper - CjS-148 stamping plate. I just kept on adding, and I was not totally sold on the look. I like one nail better than the other, but that is my personal preference. It was fun adding new layer and new color and new image or part of it.
TGIF! Not sure if I would make another day at work. So much to do, and so little time. Next week I have to train a new staff member, and make sure all is done before I go for my knee surgery at the end of the month. I will have some time off to recuperate, but I am still not sure how much time... and then there is stuff at home I want or need to do before surgery, as I will be out of commission for a while, and will not be able to do many things before Christmas... There is lots weighing on my shoulders, but I am a tough cookie, and will get through it.
Wishing you an awesome day.
Cheers!
