Here I am to celebrate it with bright and colorful creation.
Pansies are so fun and so colorful, and despite their delicate look, they are surprisingly hardy. Had to do a little tribute to this pretty flower from Violets family.
Colors combinations they came in seem to be endless, and I just created some of my own. For all of those I did not represent, I did a fun gradient that I applied on thumb, index and pinky.
On middle two I just applied milky white semi sheer polish, as I wanted stamping to pop out.
Over all the nails, I applied pink aurora shimmers, and it was really fun to look at, and you can even see it on my photos, yay! Shimmers did make gradient little bit less bright, but I did not mind, it was still bright enough for me.
Images used are on Clear Jelly Stamper - CjS LC-13 stamping plate, that was originally purchased years ago just for pansy images. Naturally, I used it for many other floral images, but I really wanted something nice for the pansies.
I totally loved the way this came together, and for whichever reason it made me think of great Andy Warhol... Not that I would put us in the same category, but it made me think of his colorful style.
In any case, it was really fun to wear this colorful set, and I got so many compliments on this in the office and out of it.
It is really nice to know that you can brighten someone's day just by showing off your bright nails. They just put the smile on my face, and that it always a good thing.
Wishing that you will have a great time for the rest of this weekend, and I can only hope you did something fun yourself...
Have a great day everyone!
Cheers!
