For this manicure I used dotting tool, that comes in different sizes, and I used it because I have it.
I started with two different colors as a base.
All polishes used are by Dimension Nails - Dilophosaurus (deep plum) + Pup (light grey) are used as a base, and I also used Dilophosaurus for dotting. Other shades used are Lilac Banded Butterfly (lilac) + Emperor Angelfish (sky blue) and Giant Anteater (mint). I would mix two adjacent colors to create transition shade, and to look more like a gradient. You can use any colors you like or want. those appealed to me, so I just went with the flow,
I really liked this. You can go with any pattern you choose, be that something really orderly, or totally chaotic and random. Both can be really pretty, all depends on your preference.
I liked semi-orderly look of those, and they made my nails actually look longer than they are. Love the visual tricks our eyes play on us.
Kind of looking towards the end of the week, and hoping with all of my might that forecast is totally wrong for this weekend... they are calling for more of the white fluffy stuff...
Have a wonderful day.
Cheers!
