This was still on sale couple of days ago, so better fetch yourself a bottle while you can. This is Different Dimension - Ship Happens.
Due to a glitters, there is slight texture, which is easily remedied by top coat. All in all, this got both thumbs up from me, and of course, it dries super fast, which gave it another star in my book.
As if I could do anything else but nautical themed manicure with polish with the name Ship Happens! Well, this may happen in the future, but first manicure was totally happening like this.
While going through my plates, I came across some older Bundle Monster plates I rarely use, and I remembered purchasing them about three years ago, just before I started with my blog. If my memory serves me, my first blog was with one of the images from this set.
Bundle Monster is fazing out round plates, and they are now offered at the steep discount, so if you thinking of getting some, now is the right time.
Images used are from two plates BM- 401 and BM- 506 stamping plates. Both plates had a image of the octopus, and I just decided to use them all - I really did not wear octopus in ages, if ever!
Because my base polish is quite busy, I decided to stamp using only one color, and I wanted it - Blue!
For stamping I used Ya Qin An - Electric blue, kindly sent to me from Born Pretty Store while ago, item #27003. You can use my discount SHGK31 for 10% off all full priced items. I wanted to play with a green shimmer, and I used one of my untried polishes to stamp over the image on my ring finger, but I did not realized that polish I used was douchrome, and instead of looking green as in the bottle, there was really strong red flash, which looks purple against that blue...
That was pretty cute, so I decided to do more prominent eyes on my octopus... while using my dotting tool, I vaguely remembered that I have to have some googly eyes in my box of goodies... and I was right...
Those eyes supposed to be self sticking, but they been trapped in that box for so long, glue was totally dried out, so I attached them with a dab of top coat. I also used fine brush and applied some top coat around the eyes, to make sure they will stay there as long as I need them.
I did not have this much fun with manicure in ages! I wore this for almost two days! I had so much fun with those googly eyes... telling my kids he is watching them... and getting 'the looks' from them in return. Fun times!
I wish you all a fantastic and safe weekend.
Cheers!
