Did not plan to make a break, but some days life just gets in the way... It was like that for me last few days, so hope it only can get better from here.
Another classic summer look, inspired by one of the nail artist IG@mimynails. I love nautical style, and love those colors together, so why not.
I used Sally Hansen - Pacific Blue, as well as White On, and red polish is by Color Club Nail Lacquer - Love Links.
I used the same polishes to "pilot" stamp some of the stripes, but it was not opaque enough, so I went over with brush, which made lines less than crisp. In the same time, it made them better then if I was to paint them freehand. I guess, I have to take it as good as it gets.
Images - lines and anchor are on MoYou London - Jaws - 01 stamping plate I purchased as a part of the bundle earlier this summer.
Gold toned square studs are added, and everything was topped with matte top coat.
There is a funny story that comes with those studs... well, it was not funny at the time... I have a twelve compartment box with studs, that holds six different stud shapes in gold and silver tone. It was on my desk, and somehow, I knocked it down, lid flew, and several hundreds of those studs spilled all over my flor. For one, I am so grateful for the hardwood floors, as those would be a pain to pick up off of the carpet.
Took me days to finally get to the tray in which I scooped them all up, and sort them out by shape and color. I was pretty much cross eyed by the time I was finished. I am pretty sure I will find so many more under my cabinets, but I am not worrying about that at the moment.
I am wishing all of you a wonderful weekend.
Cheers!
