That is what I have in store for you today.
Base is L'Oréal - Grecian Goddess - amazingly smooth medium grey crème. Took two easy coats for a full opacity. I just realized that I never took swatch photo. It looks different in the artificial light than on day light, and you can clearly tell which photos were taken where.
This is such an pretty neutral, can get you from the from the office, to the evening regardless of the season.
Glitter powders are all the rage, and before I went all crazy and purchase whole bunch, I looked into my little stash, and came up with this gem. Loose glitter is Ciate - Twinkle Toes, and was part of the advent calendar few years back. I also have a gold counterpart that I used fairly recent in my unicorn manicure.
First I applied sticky base coat over painted nail - in my case Yellow Stopper by American Classics. Using the soft brush dipped in glitters, I gently tapped the brush and 'sprinkled' the glitters over the nail. Coverage was great, and shine is blinding on this one. I probably had few spots where coverage was little bit less, but on the nail, it looked solidly covered. Topped with top coat to smooth the finish. Loved the way this grey looked next to the glittery nail.
Simplicity was key here, and what is simpler than a straight line? For stamping I used Clear Jelly Stamper, and I stamped first with Born Pretty Store - Black, then with Mundo de Unas - White.
Image is from Mezerdoo 10 rectangular plate.
I was so disappointed that top coat smeared black lines, I wanted to cry.
For cuticle care I used Probelle - Botanical Cuticle Complex.
After I was finished, all I could think was that Mr Christian Grey lost one of his ties around my place...
On that note, I bidding you wonderful day, and hope to see you soon.
Cheers!
