Sometimes, boring is good, some other times it is like - Please rescue me!
It is the same with inspiration - some days it seems like a bubbly wellspring, while some it is more of the barely there trickle...
It is a Thursday after all, and as a throwback Thursday goes, I am posting something out of my unposted folder that was there for almost a full year! I would say, this was done during one of the trickle kind of days...
I kept it in my vault because I love the vibrant base by Pahlish Polish - Cherry Christmas.
Because I was so smitten with the base, I really did not want to cover it up. I wanted something fine lined and open, that will not take away from the sparkly base.
Images I settled on are on ZJoy- plus008 stamping plate. Pretty abstract images, but one of them reminded me of the sea shell, while other looked like a mermaid scales - hence the title...
What to tell you, my brain works in mysterious ways.
First, I stamped with the black, then double stamped with the gold.
Even though this was not my best ever manicure, I loved wearing it - must be all the glitters.
Glitters make me happy, and I will wear them all the time if needed, as we all need a little flashes of happiness through the day. Thing is, I am not waiting around for mine, I just make it happen for me. It even doesn't matter how small gesture is that will put the smile on my face... Not that anyone can see it behind the mask, but that is completely different can of worms that we will not open today. Today we sparkle!
Cheers!
