As soon as I received my Dixie Plates - Autumn 03, I knew that I will have to use the little mouse image sooner rather than later. It is almost like we all can relate and feel poor like a church mouse. This particular has a huge chunk of cheese to munch on, so for him, there is no hardship, or thinking about diet. Actually, he does look like he never knew what hardship looks like! Lucky little mouse!
I have so many gorgeous polishes, and it is such a shame that many of them do not get a second chance to be worn, or wait way too long - what to tell you, I had to have them all.
My base is Painted Polish by Lexi - Paving Rainbows. On the swatch I am wearing 2 coats plus top coat.
For stamping, I used La Femme - Amarelo (Yellow); MoYou London - Frosted Lake (Light grey); DRK Nails - Copper, and Konad - Black. My layering is not quite perfect, but to be honest, it does not bother me one little bit. I am leaps and bounds ahead of where I was year or so ago. Practice does makes perfect, and more you do - easier it gets.
In the end, I added some super thin line on the tips using Copper. I really loved this look, and cute little fella made me smile every time I would look down on my hands.
In head of us is month of love, and I am not sure how much of the mush single person like myself can squeeze out of my little black heart. LOL!
Have yourself a wonderful day, and no matter what, just remember- weekend is here!
Cheers!
