Base for this is Butter London - Jaded Jack, pretty bright green crème that I applied over white base of OPI - Put a coat on. I wore this polish so long ago, that I did not remember how it applies...
I purchased BCN-013 plate for this lily image, and I own the plate for more than a year, and I think that this is the first time I am using it at all.
For stamping I used MdU - White, and while on the stamper, I added some pink Gosh - Pink Rose to the under side - I wanted some contrast here.
After I placed decal, I added some yellow dots with LaFemme - Amarelo.
Because this looked kind of flat, so I added some shading with Jessica - Sheer Rose. Sheer Rose is really pale pink sheer polish, and it is great if you need just a blush, and I often use it when I make decal of the face...
Interesting enough, I used two pink polishes with rose in the name, to color in the lily - kind of ironic, don't you think.
This looked so pretty and soft until I added top coat. I think that my top coat (Seche) had some kind of reaction with Jaded Jack, and my lily go some kind of yellowish cast. I panicked for a minute, and just hoped that my nails wouldn't be stained yellow too.
I am happy to report, that after wearing this manicure for a three days, when I removed it, there was no staining what so ever!
Even thought colors changed on me, I did not hate it. This change made the whole manicure transform into the vintage look, and I love vintage...
I hope your week will be great, and I will see you soon.
Cheers.
