Good thing I have a beautiful polish to share today - I received it from Kads store for review.
This polish is one of the Mica series, and is named Mistletoe Cactus.
It was slightly more sheer than I expected, so on the swatch above, I am wearing three thin coats of this super pretty polish and I did not added top coat, so I can show you how smooth actually this polish dries.
I actually looking into purchasing the other shades now that I tried this one.
For this pretty shade I wanted to do something different, and I reached for one of the plates I got few years ago - Kads Chinese 018. This plate has such a cute images, and I got it for the frog image, and considering how intense this color is, I decided against the frog, and I went with the pretty swans. My apologies, it appears that this was not my day, and I twisted a bit a swan image, but I liked rest of the manicure enough to leave it.
Once upon a time, I was told a story about rug weavers - rugs from that particular shop were pieces of art, and been sold at high price to those that can afford them. Everything about them was a perfection, but every weaver would weave one "mistake" into it. They would be the only ones that could tell where the above named imperfection was - this was the way to protect their hard work from cheep imitations. I am not telling that all I offer here is perfection, but what I wanted to say is that those tiny imperfections make our life more interesting. We are not created perfectly, so why our creations always have to be? My opinion is that we are striving towards perfection is a way of pushing ourselves to achieve the best we can, and that is how the most wonderful pieces of art are created - be that visual, audio or culinary area, we all enjoy in great capacity in our daily life.
If you read my musings to here, you deserve a cookie - LOL!
Have a wonderful day.
Cheers!
