It appears that I was not particularly inspired with this fruit... even though I love citrus fruits, and love ice cold lemonade, or adding lemon to my tea...
I started with the speckled sage green polish by Born Pretty - Hope.
First, I stamped concentric circles image from Uber Chic - 17-02 stamping plate. On middle and ring I stamped with Essie - Penny Talk, while on the other nails I stamped using Maniology - Maui Gold and Pine.
Those are the same polishes I used for lemons. You are more than welcome to use my discount code SANJA10 when shopping Maniology.com. I added the links for your convenience.
Lemons are on MoYou London - Tropical - 08 stamping plate. I just removed the lines that this image came with.
I applied matte top coat over the everything, then I added glossy top coat over the lemons - I wanted them to look more dimensional.
I did left pinky glossy on purpose, as I wanted for you to have a ready comparison between glossy and matte look for this pretty speckled polish. Really like the matte version, and am really curious to see which one do you like better?
I did not quite have appropriate ring, so instead of fruity ring, I opted for the smilie! Ring brightness matches the brightness and freshness of the lemons.
On the bright side, we are already half past work week, yay! It is so nice to find the silver lining when you want it.
Hope that you will have an amazing day, and that I will see you tomorrow.
Cheers!
