Rainy day yesterday could not dampen my mood. Maybe I just got more sleep than usual, or because my check up for knee went really well, or I just woke up happy, but I was told yesterday that I am looking radiant. I will take it.
For today post, I prepared some lace. I have to admit that I love seeing lace on others nails, but I just can't seem to get it right on my own, or I just think that. Not sure.
I started with Zoya - Dallas. This is actually topper with matte white and silver metallic glitters, but here, I used it as a base. Kind of liked that. In many ways, my nails looked like inside of the snow globe.
I first stamped the lace with smoky purple, but it was almost invisible... over that I double stamped with metallic navy blue, and looked great, with shadow like underneath from the first layer of stamping. That looked great on index and middle finger, but I did not quite matched the image on my ring finger, so it was really hard to see hummingbird design. That was until I stamped over with white, and even more missed the mark, but at least hummingbird is visible.
Images are on DRK Themes Enlaced, my go to stamping plate for the lace, whenever I actually sit down to do it.
All was finished with matte top coat.
Even though lace is not my strong suit, I thought that I did not do so bad here. Please let me be delusional if that is not the case.
Hope you will have an amazing day.
Cheers!
